• Heart rate monitoring during meditation sessions
• Vibration interval notifications
• Meditation history tracking and analytics
• Meditation session statistics and insights

3. User Accounts and Data

3.1 Health Data

ZenPulse accesses your device's sensors to monitor heart rate during meditation sessions. This data is processed locally on your device and may be stored for historical tracking purposes.

3.2 Usage Analytics

We collect anonymized usage data through Firebase Analytics to improve our service. This includes:

• App usage patterns and feature utilization
• Crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics
• Performance metrics
• General usage statistics (session duration, frequency)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Otternway UG (haftungsbeschränkt) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of ZenPulse.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZenPulse at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with German law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
